Blended with Merlot (50%), Cabernet Franc (40%) and Cabemet Sauvignon (10%).
The very short maceration permits this salmon pink color.
This wine has a fruity nose of red currant, liquorice and spices.
While tasting, you will discover a round and fleshy taste which perfectly matches summer cooking.
Château HAUT-RIAN Bordeaux Clairet 2009
Blended is 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc. The crimson colour comes from a 36 hours maceration.
Nice balanced bouquet of autumn fruits with an ample and full-bodied mouth. Very tasty tannins contribute to the excellent length in mouth.

The blending is made with 70% Merlot, 20% Cabemet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet franc. Twenty-four days maceration. Maturing for several months in oak barrel.
This wine is supple and well structured.
Very nice fruity bouquet with a round and well balanaced palate.
Charming and elegant finish.
